Boardroomdeli.com is excited to announce the grand opening of a restaurant and deli coming to the Riverwalk at Edwards — Boardroom Market and Deli will be opening October 17th, 2019 at 1pm across from The Kind Bike Shop and close to Etown.
Brad Trumpower arrived in Colorado 17 years ago. Before moving west, Brad owned and operated a restaurant in his hometown of Ocean City, Maryland and was a test kitchen chef for the Phillips Seafood Corporation in Baltimore, MD. He worked closely with the executive team to create and perfect new menu ideas for the Phillips family of seafood restaurants and packaged foods. After spending time in the Rocky Mountains, he decided to trade in his surfboard for a snowboard, he sold his restaurant and moved to Vail. After moving to Vail, he was the executive chef at The Arrowhead Alpine Club Yurt and also worked as a sous chef at Red Sky and Zach’s Cabin.
The Boardroom Deli will bring an made in house east meets west flair menu by highlighting seasonal specialties from the Mountains, East Coast and West Coast. Owner, and chef, Brad Trumpower, is half-Greek, so the Boardroom will also feature Greek specialties and Mediterranean influences on the menu.
Boardroom Deli is a made-to-order fast-casual restaurant with an aroma of meat’ cooked in-house bringing home-made to the next level. Healthy and delicious fresh-cut greens, small-batch house-made soups are also available. Boardroom offers a carefully curated collection of hand-crafted, freshly carved meats that are essential for building a reputation for best lunch in Eagle County Colorado.
The lobster roll has become the sandwich of choice. Tasty chunks of tail, claw, and knuckle lobster meat drizzled with butter or tossed with herb dressing and served up on local baked buttery bun. This is arguably the best of the best lobster rolls in Vail Valley.
“We can all agree that the East Coast beats the West when it comes to sandwich composition and proliferation. Boardroom Deli could be straight out of Jersey, with the mega subs to prove it! I’m excited to finally welcome lunch-goers to come in and experience our delicatessens,” said owner Brad Trumpower.
