Exposed to a variety of cuisines and cultures from an early age, Chef Brad’s Boardroom Deli menu includes his roots from the East Coast, his Greek Heritage and his made in-house approach.

Chef Brad earned his stripes in top kitchens across the Ocean City and Baltimore, MD. Previous executive chef at The Arrowhead Alpine Club Yurt as well as sous chef at Red Sky and Zach’s Cabin.

Boardroom Deli is made-to-order fast-casual restaurant with aroma of meat’ cooked in-house bringing home-made to the next level. Healthy and delicious fresh-cut greens, small-batch house made soups are also available. Boardroom offers a carefully curated collection of hand-crafted, freshly carved meats that are essential for building a reputation for best lunch in Eagle County Colorado.
